- PALM MicroTweezer: The PALM MicroTweezers by Carl Zeiss is an optical tweezers system that allows for precise, contact-free cell manipulation as well as to trap, move, and sort microscopic particles.
- NanoTracker: The NanoTracker™ 2 is an optical tweezers platform based on research-grade inverted optical microscopes and designed for sensitive manipulation, force and tracking experiments With the NanoTracker™ 2, the user can trap and track particles from several µm down to 30nm with the ability to control, manipulate and observe samples in real time with nanometer precision and femtoNewton resolution.
- Nikon Microscopy Micro-manipulation: Nikon's FN1 is a special purpose upright microscope designed for electrophysiology and the most demanding of micromanipulation tasks. The objectives boast a long W.D. of 2.5-3.5mm, are 17% slimmer than previous lenses, and provide broad approach angles up to 45º facilitating enhanced access of microelectrodes to the specimen. A simple body design provides more space in the working area for the positioning of manipulators and other peripherals. A wide variety of Narishige micromanipulators are available, from motorized hydraulic to oil-type. They are all of compact design and can be easily and solidly mounted to the ITS-FN1 stage.
- Nikon Microscopy for Optical Tweezer: The modular structure of Nikon's Eclipse Ti inverted microscope system with five output ports readily incorporates capability for laser tweezers. Laser tweezers can be mounted in the top position, for example, while simultaneously providing TIRF, DIC or epi-fluorescence observation by simply switching the light source.
- E3500 Series Multiple Spot Optical Tweezers Systems: The E3500 is an attachment for high quality microscopes for users wishing to undertake multiple beam particle trapping and manipulation experiments. It is suitable for working with micron sized particles and can be used for cell manipulation using either the computer controlled beam steering optics or the microscope XY sample stage. The system comprises an optical module containing the laser, beam steering optics and the microscope interface and the control module with the drive electronics, computer and unique control software.
